Very helpful service from the people on the floor. Was having trouble locating an item and they found it out back of the store! Also had no trouble getting an item from the flyer.
If you don't speak French, don't bother. I'm sure the service is fine for the French-speaking population, but English-speaking customers are turned away by staff who claim no one speaks English. In a bilingual community in a bilingual province, this level of bigotry is intolerable.
Ordered online twice.... cant find my items twice... 700$ and more each time. Dont buy anything there unless you can see it with your eyes or else it is probably lost.
Don't seem to carry a few things you'd think they would, some products seem to be placed in unexpected areas of the store?
Excellent customer service and can use app to find item location in store and use the tablet screens in store to find items in store as well, just amazing
